Identified - We have identified the root cause of the issue and we have prepared a fix. The instances affected are the ones that never had any active approval process attached to a survey or form. We are working on deploying a fix, which will reach production by December 4 - 11 AM UTC at the latest.

Investigating - We deployed an infrastructure change in the US region on November 19. We determined that over the past 6 days a portion of these emails were not delivered as expected. These are being resent now, and should be received shortly.

Investigating - We deployed an infrastructure change in the US region on November 19. We determined that over the past 5 days approximately 5% of these notifications were not delivered. These are being resent now, and should be received in the next few hours.

Investigating - We are aware of an issue where CampusGroups Emails are being sent with significant delays in the US region. Recent improvements were made however, users with high traffic may experience delays of 15 to 30 minutes for message and notification delivery. Our team is actively investigating the cause of this disruption and working to fully resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
